Shipping policy

Classes and workshops

Classes and workshops are not shipped. After booking you will receive a confirmation email with the studio address, your start date and what to bring.

Artworks — South Africa

Every work is packed by hand and dispatched from our Hout Bay studio within 3–5 business days of your order. Delivery takes a further 2–5 business days depending on your address. Shipping is calculated at checkout from the size and weight of the packed work — larger and framed pieces cost more to move, and we would rather show you the real number than average it into the price of the art.

Collection from the studio

You are welcome to collect at no charge from 217 Hout Bay Main Road, Hout Bay. Choose collection at checkout and we will email you as soon as the work is ready.

Insurance and damage

Every work is insured in transit. If a work arrives damaged, photograph the packaging and the work before unwrapping any further and email studio@saartfair.co.za within 48 hours.

International

We ship internationally by arrangement. Please email us before ordering and we will quote crating, freight and insurance to your address. Import duties and taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.
